Dose Of Nature RedStrap CBD Review

Dose of Nature has developed all-natural oil and glycerine-based solutions to prevent and fight chronic and life-threatening conditions. Dose of Nature’s cannabidiol (CBD) products can be used for detox, boosting the immune system, cancer prevention, diabetes prevention inflammation reduction and cell hydration.

The line of CBD products provide healing properties without decreasing bioavailability,which means just about 100 percent of the ingredients enter right into the blood stream.

I recently received a bottle of the RedStrap CDB in organic olive oil, and have been using it daily for the past week.

Before I discuss the health benefits, here is a little more about the product.

What is it?

Cannabidiol, or CBD, is one of the 85 active cannabinoids found in cannabis. While it is found in marijuana, a 2010 study found that unlike THC, CBS does not have short-term memory effects on patients. Instead, CBD has been found to have positive effects on neurological and mental health.

Health Benefits

CBD has been found to reduce schizophrenic symptoms and has been used to treat a rare form of epilepsy called Dravet syndrome.

As far as its medical properties, it can reduce nausea, suppresses seizure activity, is an anti-inflammatory, an antioxidant, and combats anxiety and depression.

It can also help those with Parkinson’s, epilepsy, autism, ALS, and Alzheimers, and autoimmune conditions such as Chron’s, colitis, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and HIV.

RedStrap CBD

The RedStrap in oil has 70 percent CBD, plus other cannabinoids without the resins, making it all-natural and bioavailable. It’s great for those who are on a budget who still want the health effects.

How To Use:

Make sure to shake well. It’s suggested you take 20 drops per day. Do not use as a cooking oil, but you can add it to your food, like in a smoothie or salad dressing.

As always before using any supplement, contact your doctor, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.
Day 1:

My first time trying this product, I chose to dive right it and take it orally. I put 20 drops right onto my tongue, not really knowing what it expect. It definitely is oil-based, so I probably won’t be consuming it this way again. It left a bit of an after taste, but has a slight nut flavor. Naturally, I didn’t really feel any difference, but am excited to see if I feel my health improving over the next 7 days.

Day 2:

I used the product for dinner, putting the droplets onto of a veggie burger on Ezekiel bread as if it were a dressing. Once I put the drips on, the product was out of sight, out of mind. I did not taste it one bit.

I had a 5 mile run planned, but was still on the fence if it would be a 3, 5, or no mile run at all. I decided to then lace up and get on the treadmill, my mind set on all 5 miles. I don’t know if it was a placebo effect (but like I said, I wasn’t even thinking about it), but I suddenly felt all this energy during my run. Now this could be the fact that I had taken a few days off and my muscles were rested, but I had endurance, felt strong and even wanted to go for longer distance.

Between the second day of healthy eating, exercising and add this product into the mix, I was started to feel healthier.

Day 3:

For day 3 I put 20 drops onto a fresh spinach salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and feta cheese. I used balsamic dressing on the salad, so it just blended right in. I usually crave something sweet after a longer run the day before, but today I had no food cravings. I then did some ab and arm workouts before heading to bed for a good night’s sleep.

Day 4:

Speaking of sleep, it has been hard for me to wake up in the morning since the clocks changed, but this week I feel more rested and wake up less tired. I don’t know if it’s because of my night workouts or because I got used to the time change, but it’s always a good thing to feel rested. Could the CBD have something to do with this? I do not know, but I added it to a green smoothie in the morning. I did not think about how it was making me feel, but am hoping that I am building up immune health.

Day 5:

Today I added the solution to a glass of water that I drank after my run. I  could taste a little of the flavor, but was thirsty and gulped it down. It has become just a normal part of my health regimen. I try to eat healthy, workout, and take apple cider vinegar and vitamins in the morning, so it is just one more things I have added.

Day 6:

Today was an off day from running, so I allowed myself to have a cheat day with a glass of wine and cookies. It’s all about healthy balance! However, it did make me feel better to know that I am taking my vitamins and the CBD, in hopes that I preventing illness. I currently (and thankfully) have no medical conditions, so it is hard to really see or feel my health improve. For me, it’s just left to good faith and view this product as another healthy supplement to take.

Day 7:

After one week of taking this product, I would like to think that I am being proactive about my health, preventing conditions like diabetes. Since my knees hurt a bit after running a lot, I like to think that its anti-inflammation properties could be helping. Today I used the product again in a strawberry banana smoothie. It’s an easy way to reap health benefits, and I felt like I had nothing to lose while trying it.

While I cannot speak on if it helps chronic illnesses, I think that anything is worth a try if there is medical research behind it. Make sure to talk to your doctor first before trying, but I personally will continue to add it to my smoothies!
