6 Foods You Need to Add to Your Diet in 2014

Great post about which foods to add into your diet this spring. As a peanut butter lover, I will have to pick up some PB2, and have not tried farro yet. Anyone else have a favorite on this list?

spring! Spring is here so that New Years Resolution motivation has probably worn off by now, right? The weathers getting warmer and spring is often a time to declutter your life and think about what to get rid of. This year, instead of focusing on what to get rid of in your diet, let’s focus on some things you need to ADD to your diet. Most of the time, we’re thinking about all the things we CAN’T eat. What if we all just started focusing on the things we need to be eating more of, instead of the things we need to be eating less of? The more healthy goodness you include, the less room there will be for the not-so-healthy options.
